BARRON, JUDGE The appellant was indicted and convicted for the first degree murder of Vanche Ellette by shooting her with a pistol. His punishment was fixed at life imprisonment. Although appellant was a juvenile at the time of the offense, he was duly transferred to the Lawrence County Circuit Court to be tried as an adult. Young v. State, 399 So.2d 262 (Ala. 1981).
